Christmas Day at the home would not be what it is without our amazing staff, and this year they truly pulled out all the stops. From the early morning smiles to the final checks of the evening, every detail was handled with care, kindness and genuine warmth.
The team worked tirelessly to make sure residents felt comfortable, cared for and able to enjoy the day in a way that felt right for them. Whether it was helping with presents, serving a beautifully prepared Christmas dinner, spending time chatting, or simply being there when reassurance was needed, nothing was too much trouble.
What stood out most was the atmosphere our staff created. Calm, joyful and full of heart. Their dedication meant Christmas Day felt safe, familiar and special for everyone, including those who found the day emotional or tiring.
