As part of our Springwatch-themed activities, residents enjoyed a lovely cool and quiet session all about bees.
With the temperatures continuing to rise, we chose gentle indoor activities that everyone could enjoy comfortably. Residents took part in bee-themed colouring, puzzles, word searches and relaxed conversations about bees, flowers and the important role they play in nature.
It was a calm and enjoyable way to spend time together, while still keeping our Springwatch theme going. These quieter sessions give residents the chance to relax, socialise and take part at their own pace, with plenty of smiles, creativity and lovely chats throughout the afternoon.
Keeping everyone safe, cool and comfortable remains our priority during the warmer weather, and we will continue adapting activities so residents can enjoy meaningful time together indoors.
