One of our residents has been enjoying fortnightly swimming sessions at the leisure centre, returning to a hobby she once loved.
Having previously been a competitive swimmer, she had not been in the pool for a long time. With a little encouragement and support, she is now back swimming lengths and enjoying time in the water again.
It has been wonderful to see her confidence grow and to support her in reconnecting with something that has always meant so much to her.
