Today we celebrated African World Heritage, a day dedicated to recognising and honouring the rich cultural and natural heritage of Africa.
The day gives us the opportunity to learn more about Africa’s history, traditions, music, art, languages, landscapes and historic sites, while also reflecting on the importance of protecting this heritage for future generations. Our celebration was a chance to come together, share stories, appreciate different cultures and recognise the valuable contribution African heritage makes to communities around the world.
