Getting outside, even for a short while, can have such a positive impact, especially after an illness. Fresh air can help improve mood, support better sleep, and encourage gentle movement, all of which play an important role in recovery and overall wellbeing. Natural light also helps regulate the body’s internal clock, which can be particularly beneficial for our residents.
