Elf Day at Charlton Kings Care Home

Elf Day is one of the happiest days of the year at Charlton Kings Care Home. Our team swap their uniforms for cheerful elf outfits that fill the home with colour, laughter and festive spirit. Beneath all the fun is a purpose that matters deeply to us. We are raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society, a charity that supports people living with dementia and the families who love them.

Dementia affects thousands of people across the UK and many within our own community, so taking part in Elf Day is a chance for us to celebrate together while supporting a cause close to our hearts.

Our fundraising will run until March 2026. Throughout this period Daisy, our marketing assistant, will be completing a personal challenge of swimming fifty miles to help raise awareness and encourage donations. Each swim is in honour of those affected by dementia and reflects our commitment to making a positive difference.
